Investors Organics In America, S.A. is actively seeking socially conscious, patient investors and philanthropists to fund the growth of our rapidly-growing business in Costa Rica. OIA has a large inventory of vendors interested in adding their product line for distribution in the environmentally friendly country of Costa Rica. Equally important, we work with the best retail outlets in the country. These outlets want more organic products because people here want these healthier products. Current Facilities Our current facilities will not handle the amount of new products OIA will soon offer. The facilities are situated on the grounds of a private home in a substantially residential neighborhood but not regulated for zoning. The road is a one-lane, gravel road which is difficult for commercial size trucks. Robert Roman, the owner, does not wish to build expanded warehouse facilities on this property. The increased number and frequency of trucks passing the neighborhood would negatively impact the quality of life for the residents and children playing in the streets. A new property has been located, researched, and available in the area. This sight provides substantial space for the warehouse and store building, ample parking, organic garden and recreational facilities for employees and families, and the eventual building of quality green housing for the employee/owners. The sight has both wind and solar opportunities for electrical generation. Heating is not a factor in this climate, except for water heating, likely via solar.
